New Program Called "Whiter Smiles for Life"

Our office was looking for a way to help as many people as possible have beautiful, white, healthy smiles. So we evaluated the cost of our whitening supplies and came across a program that would allow us to offer teeth whitening to our patients in a way that could be beneficial on many levels. The program is called ”WHITER SMILES FOR LIFE”.

What You Get:

1. You get custom-fitted whitening trays for you teeth with a full whitening kit.
2. At every 6 month cleaning and check-up, you will receive a refill of the whitening solution absolutely FREE!

Now that we’ve talked about all that you get, you are probably wondering, “What’s the catch?

Really there isn’t much of a “catch”. Mostly our requirements are the things you should normally be doing to have and maintain a healthy mouth. Whitening is an amazing process but we don’t allow our patients to whiten before we help them have healthy teeth. What good would it be to whiten decayed teeth or teeth that are going to fall out?

New Patient Activation Rules & Regulations:

1. A one-time set up fee of $150.00 (to cover the cost of materials)
2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Must complete initial hygiene cleaning, x-rays, doctor’s exam, and re-appoint for six month re-care.
4. Must comply with minimum required dental care as treatment planned by doctor*.
5. After all necessary dental treatment has been completed patient will have impressions taken for whitening system.
6. Upon next appointment, patient will receive professional teeth whitening package**.
7. Must comply with broken appointment policy.
8. Must not have any outstanding bills with Pettinato Dental Care.

Existing Patient Activation Rules & Regulations:

1. A one-time set up fee of $150.00 (to cover the cost of materials).
2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Must comply with minimum required dental care a treatment planned by doctor*.
4. Must comply with broken appointment policy.
5. Must not have any outstanding bills with Pettinato Dental Care.
6. Must have at least six month patient history without any broken appointments or late arrivals.

Lifetime Maintenance Rules & Regulations:

1. Must maintain minimum continued care as treatment planned and appointed by Pettinato Dental Care*.
2. Must maintain continued hygiene care (six month hygiene appointments).
3. Must comply with all Pettinato Dental Care policies regarding payment and broken appointments.
4. A maximum of one whitening solution refill will be rewarded at each re-care appointment, or twice annually.
5. Lost or destroyed applicator trays will be replaced at cost to patient.

*All patients will receive their whitening package upon completion of all necessary dental treatment as determined by the dentist. Should no dental treatment be required to maintain healthy teeth and gums, the total whitening package will be received upon completion of Comprehensive Evaluation. Minimum gum and teeth health required to receive professional whitening in order to prevent complications that may arise with unhealthy teeth and gums.
